Questions

What is a credit worth?
A Standard redesign of a room photo costs 4 credits. Pro is 12 and Max is 44 — the higher tiers spend longer and resolve more detail. Text-to-room, which has no input photo to process, is 2.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not accumulate. Any credits you bought outright stay on your balance and are spent only after the monthly allowance runs out.
What happens when I change plan?
Moving up charges the difference immediately and the extra credits land straight away. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you have already paid for.
Why does video cost so much more?
Video is billed by the second by the model provider, and a five-second clip is many times the work of a still. A Standard 720p clip is 18 credits per second.
What happens if a render fails?
Anything rejected before generation starts — moderation, a missing field, not enough credits — costs nothing. Once a render has actually started, the credits are spent, because the model bills us whether or not the result is usable.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
