Questions
- What does a credit buy?
- A Standard run on a room photo is 4 credits, Pro is 12 and Max is 44 — the higher tiers spend longer and resolve more detail. Building a room from text alone is 2, since there is no photo to read first.
- Do unused credits carry over?
- Plan credits reset each billing cycle. Credits bought as a pack sit on your balance separately and are only touched once the monthly allowance is gone.
- What if I switch plans?
- Going up bills the difference straight away and the new credits arrive with it. Going down waits until the current period ends, so nothing you have already paid for is lost.
- Why is video so much more expensive?
- The video model bills by the second, and one second of video is many times the work of a still. A Standard 720p clip is 18 credits a second, which is why the durations are short.
- What if a render comes back wrong?
- Anything stopped before generation begins — a missing field, not enough credits, a moderation block — costs nothing. Once the model has started, the credits are gone, because we are billed for the attempt whether or not you like the result.
- How do I cancel?
- From the billing portal, whenever you like. It runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
