Empty a Furnished Room
Take everything out and see the room itself.
What it does
Before a remodel it is nearly impossible to see a room past what is in it. Emptying the photo shows the actual shell — the proportions, the openings, the wall you were thinking of moving — without moving anything.
How to use it
- 1Photograph the room as it is.
- 2Say whether to keep anything built in.
- 3Run it, then feed the empty room into another tool.
Questions
- Does it remove built-ins too?
- Only if you ask. Fitted cabinetry and radiators are kept unless named.
- What if the floor is hidden?
- It reconstructs what was behind — plausible rather than certain, so check anything you plan to build on.
