Whole Kitchen Remodel

Cabinets, worktop, splashback, floor and lighting in one pass.

BeforeAfter

What it does

Changing one kitchen surface at a time hides the thing that matters, which is whether the finishes work together. This does the whole room in one pass so the doors, worktop, splashback and floor are judged as a set — the way they will actually be seen.

How to use it

  1. 1Photograph the kitchen from a corner, with both runs in frame if possible.
  2. 2Pick a style, then name the specific materials you already have in mind.
  3. 3Keep anything already decided by naming it in the notes.

Questions

Does it move the sink or the range?
It aims to keep them where they are, since moving them is the decision that doubles a kitchen project. Name them in the notes to be explicit.
Can I keep my existing worktop?
Yes. Name it in the notes and it will be worked around.
